frequently asked questions
Is this some sort of t-shirt place?
Indeed it is! We've been here since 2003 and have been decorating garments ever since!
so, do you make t-shirts there?
Do you do embroidery (monogramming)?
Yes we do! Anything from sport-shirts to hats to duffel bags, we can take care of that for you!
how much does it cost to have t-shirts printed?
That depends on how many shirts you order, and how many colors of ink we are printing. Higher quantity = lower per piece price. For more information on our pricing structure, click here.
you don't have your prices listed here on the site...
Much like the prices of seafood and gasoline, the prices our distributors charge for garments constantly change.
Okay, maybe not as often as gas, but you get the picture. Plus, we're not really that optimistic when it comes to how often we update this site. Let's face it, we're screen printers & embroiderers, not web designers, and we'd hate to have out of date pricing on our website.
Besides, we're friendly people, and we'd love to hear from you! Fill out our screen printing form, our embroidery form or give us a call (810-232-2887), we'd be delighted to quote you a price on whatever you need!
What is your minimum quantity?
Our minimum quantity is one piece.
Of course, the more you order, the less expensive they will be each.
Can I get this photograph printed on a shirt?
Through screen printing, there is a way to reproduce full color images on garments, but it does take at a minimum 4 colors of ink to make happen, and it isn't really ideal. If you have a couple hundred garments you'd be looking for to have the same image, we will surely be able to help you out.
But if you are looking for only a few garments with your photo, our suggestion would be try one of the fantastic heat-press shops in our area.
can i bring in my own shirts?
No. You wouldn't bring a raw steak to a restaurant - the same idea applies here. To be certain that we can guarantee the quality of the shirts and printing we provide, we only print on garments from our own sources.
Plus, we have great relationships with all our suppliers, and in most cases we are able to provide you garments at a much lower price and higher quality than you'd find yourself at your local discount or department store.
can you print speedy gonzales (or some other
licensed character) on a shirt?
We will not under any circumstances infringe on the copyright of any license holder or owner. In other words, if you created it yourself, we can print it. If you didn't, we can't. No Taz, no Care Bears, no the-daughter-from-Bob's-Burgers.
do you charge a set-up fee or per-screen charge?
For a screen printing order the answer is NO. All artwork, set-up and screen charges are included in the prices we quote. If we say your shirts are $12.50 each, they are really $12.50 each. The only additional charges you'll see are for shirts above XL, and for orders that include changing ink colors on individual designs.
For embroidery there is a high likely hood of one-time digitizing fee for custom artwork orders. You can find more information on digitizing here.
how much lead time / turn-around time do you need?
Let us know when you need your order completed. We usually ask for about 10 days for a screen printing order and about 2 weeks for an embroidery order, but if we need to reshuffle things to get an order done in time for your event, we can usually accommodate you. It is extremely unlikely, however, that we can have your order completed by yesterday.
